Agoraphobia

Agoraphobia-the fear and anxiety of the outdoors, and of people, the feeling of being trapped or cannot escape.

I am interested in this aspect of Claudia, the phycological part of this brief is what I like best and inspires me in gothic horror culture. I think my initial ideas of a forbidden love story between Quentin and Claudia inspires romance and pain; this will relate to the audience in some way and interest the viewer. Claudia has developed the disorder; agoraphobia, from feeling trapped and enclosed, she has no one to reply on and is anxious about Quentin. Claudia has scars and cuts on her face and body that are a result of self harm; her pain and misery become too much and she scratches herself with her witchy claws. Slowly she goes mad. Quentin is a voodoo master and a born enemy of the witches, he practices black magic and wears the native clothing of the voodooists, this consists of rags and bandages, ironic that he has the badges for Claudia's scars.
