1830 plus hairstyles and bonnets 

During the early 1800's bonnets were a fashionable item for women, the bonnets were made with wide brims, feathers, frills and ribbons. As most of the hairstyles during this era where short to elongate the neck, and where sometimes known to be a similar shape to the bonnets. The bonnets worn were also styled to keep the hair away from the face and to add hight to the head.
