I want to base my design on the painting of Dorian, because I admire the deathly and gothic look that the picture becomes. Words from the book such as 'degrading,' 'vile looking,' 'monster' will be good to use as research because I can base my makeup style and look on what I find. To create a vile looking degrading monster, I want to use the techniques learnt throughout practicals such as ageing the skin, scars and bruising.
